Amarado Administration
The Board of Directors are generally chosen from the zones in which they live. The board directs the operation of the Association and appoints the Officers. The normal term of office is one year, however multiple terms is often the norm.

The Association Officers are appointed and serve at the pleasure of the Board of Directors. The Officers are residents of the subdivision and may serve more than one term of office. The officers assist the Board with the operation of the Home Owners Association and interact with the residents. Recording of HOA minutes and other documents as well as collection and dispersement of funds are included as duties for these officers.

Committees
Grounds Committee
The committee oversees and directs the maintenance of Amarado’s large common areas and associated equipment.
Contact The Committee with any Concerns or Questions -Certain requirements including drainage, fencing encroachment and other related problems are handled by this committee for the association. Also supervision of the mowing, repair of wells and sprinkler system is the responsibility of the Grounds Committee
Welcoming Committee
The welcoming committee strives to greet and make welcome new residents to Amarado Estates by providing copies of the by-laws and covenants. The committee also works with realtor’s in order to assist them and their clients with information about the subdivision. Also, a welcoming gift is provided on behalf of Amarado Estates Home Owners Association to new residents. And it obtains home owner information for the association’s records to include email and mailing information.
Architectural Committee
The committee oversees and approves/restricts those resident changes to a property, including replacement and alterations covered and/or directed by the Home Owners Association Covenants and By-Laws. Contact The Committee before you begin. Check before you begin exterior alterations or repairs with the committee to avoid any unintentional violations which could require expenditure of additional homeowner funds
