Amarado HOA Annual Dues

Annual Home Owners Dues are collected each year to maintain and improve the Subdivision’s common areas to include:+ Mowing and Trimming the grass, trees and shrubs in the large common areas throughout the Subdivision. Plus Repair and improvement of the perimeter fence, entry way structures, water wells and sprinkler system.+ Utilities, Insurance, Taxes, Legal and Office/Mail costs.

Amarado HOA Member Annual Dues Are Currently:

Single Family Homes ........ $ 680 (may pay 1/2 semi-annual) 

Twin Homes per Unit  ........ $ 340

Note there is a $200 one time New Resident Fee due to the Amarado Home Owners Association at Closing when Purchasing Property in the Subdivision.
